Following a earthquake in Nepal, the Israeli volunteer relief workers developed this medical innovative products – Pocket Pocket oxygen mask. This is an essential equipment for resuscitation and respiratory support in portable version.
The Hatzalah emergency care staff in Israel has contributed significantly to the invention of this product, and now the product is also adopted by the US military, NATO forces, Israeli Defense Forces and civilian emergency medical team. BVM can be folded into small size that the space which 20 units take is equal to 2 units of ordinary size, so that emergency personnel can carry more things in shorter time under the pressure.

However, in many emergency situations, such as in the dark or when the patient is pressed under the rubble, to intravenous injection is very difficult, or even impossible.
Therefore, when the world’s first automated intra-articular infusion system was introduced in 1994, it is now used by more than 55 countries to introduce drugs directly into the bone marrow, as effective as intravenous injection.
